At Bengal Apparel BD, we make the order process for custom uniforms and workwear simple, transparent, and efficient. Whether you are sourcing for wholesale, retail, or corporate uniforms, our team ensures smooth communication, high-quality manufacturing, and on-time delivery.

Step 1: Contact Bengal Apparel BD

Start by reaching out to us with your requirements. You can send us an inquiry through our website or email us directly. Please include details such as product type, fabrics, sizes, colors, and estimated order quantity.

Step 2: Share Your Requirements

Once we receive your inquiry, our merchandising team will review the details and consult with you to finalize specifications. This includes:

  • Selecting suitable fabrics and trims

  • Discussing design or customization needs

  • Confirming product measurements and fit

  • Determining your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)

Step 3: Receive Quotation & Order Confirmation

We’ll prepare a detailed price quotation based on your requirements (Contact Our Team) and order volume. After final confirmation, we will issue a proforma invoice for your approval.

Step 4: Payment Terms

We offer flexible and secure payment options to meet the needs of our international buyers:

  • At Sight Letter of Credit (LC): Accepted through recognized international banks.

  • Wire Transfer (T/T):

    • 40% advance deposit at the time of order confirmation

    • 60% balance after the goods receive a ‘Pass’ inspection certificate from the Final Random Inspection (FRI)

Step 5: Pre-Production Sample Approval

Before bulk production, we create a pre-production sample for your review. This ensures you can check the product’s fabric, stitching, and finishing before we begin mass production.

Step 6: Bulk Production & Quality Control

Once the sample is approved, bulk manufacturing begins. Our QC (Quality Control) team conducts inspections at every stage to ensure your garments meet international standards. (Contact us)

Step 7: Balance Payment & Final Inspection

Once production is complete and the goods pass the Final Random Inspection (FRI), we proceed with balance settlement:

  1. Wire Transfer (T/T): As outlined earlier, the remaining 60% balance is transferred after inspection approval.

  2. At Sight Letter of Credit (L/C): For FOB orders, once the final inspection is cleared, we provide all required shipping documents for release under L/C.

Step 8: Shipping & Delivery

We pack your order securely and arrange shipment through our trusted freight and logistics partners. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and shipping method.
