Workwear Supplier USA Bangladesh: Certified FR and Hi-Vis for Importers
Bengal Apparel BD is a workwear supplier for US importers and distributors, sourcing certified garments from Bangladesh. US safety buyers need garments that pass audits, carry the correct labels, and arrive on schedule. Through nine certified partner factories, we act as a flame-resistant workwear manufacturer for NFPA 2112 programs and supply ANSI/ISEA 107 hi-vis workwear for roadway, utility, and construction buyers. You deal with one team from the first sample to export.

Workwear Supplier USA Bangladesh: Standards We Build To
Compliance is where US programs succeed or fail, so we settle the standard before we quote. These are the requirements we work to most often.
ANSI/ISEA 107 for hi-vis. We produce Class 2 and Class 3 garments for roadway, utility, warehouse, and construction work. Background fabric color, retroreflective tape placement, and minimum visible material area are fixed at tech pack stage, so the sample you approve is the garment you receive in bulk. Pre-shipment inspection through SGS or Bureau Veritas can be arranged on request.
NFPA 2112 for flash fire. We build FR garments from inherently flame-resistant fabrics such as Nomex and Kevlar blends or from treated FR fabrics, depending on your wearer requirements and budget. NFPA 2112 calls for independent third-party certification and labeling, so we plan this with your chosen certifier at sampling stage, not after bulk production has started.
NFPA 70E and ASTM F1506 for arc flash. If your safety program requires arc-rated garments, tell us your hazard risk category and the arc rating you need. We quote against that rating and the source fabric that carries it.
Labeling and consumer product requirements. Fiber content, care labels, size labels, and country-of-origin marking are agreed upon before production begins. This keeps your goods clear at customs and consistent with what your own customers expect on the label.
How a US Programme Runs
1. Send your requirements. Tell us the product, quantity, applicable standards, delivery date and target channel. A tech pack helps but is not required to start. If you are new to the region, our guide on how to source workwear from Bangladesh explains each stage in more detail.
2. Fabric and sampling. We source certified fabric, trims and retroreflective tape, then produce samples in 2 to 3 weeks.
3. Approval and testing. Lab testing and certification are routed through the labs and certifiers you nominate, so approvals carry weight with your customers.
4. Bulk production. Production runs 45 to 90 days, with three-stage inline quality control and AQL final inspection agreed with you in advance.
5. Export. We quote FOB Chittagong and prepare the commercial documents your freight forwarder and customs broker need.
Why US Buyers Use a Sourcing Partner Instead of a Single Factory
We are not a factory and we are not a marketplace. We place each order with the partner factory best equipped for it, manage quality across all nine, and stay accountable for the result. For a US buyer, that means one contact, one set of specifications and one team answerable if something goes wrong.
Our US representative office in Brookfield, Wisconsin handles buyer communication in your time zone. Manufacturing takes place at our partner factories in Bangladesh, and the Brookfield office is not a production site.
Buyers also use this model to split risk. A single factory has one capacity limit and one set of weak points. A managed network lets us move orders between certified sites when schedules tighten, without you re-qualifying a new supplier.
